Privacy Policy — Astra Blocks

Voltfox Games LLC ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Astra Blocks (the "Game"). This policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts.
The Game automatically collects, through the third-party services below:
- Device and advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
- Gameplay and usage events (e.g. sessions, levels played, scores, purchases made) — not linked to your identity
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level, used for ad delivery and legal compliance)
- Crash and diagnostic data
- Purchase information (product purchased, receipt token). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Mediated ad networks may also process device identifiers to serve and measure ads. A current list of mediation partners is available on request.
How we use information
- Operate the Game and save your progress
- Show ads (interstitials between levels, rewarded ads for a second chance or 2x coins, banners on menus), including personalized ads where permitted
- Process and restore in-app purchases
- Fix crashes, balance difficulty, and improve the Game
- Comply with legal obligations
Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of contract (running the Game), consent (personalized advertising), and legitimate interests (analytics, security).
Your choices
- Android: you can delete or reset your Advertising ID in system Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Consent: where GDPR or similar laws apply, you'll see a consent prompt before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice in the Game's settings.
- Purchases: the Game has no subscription. The one-time ad-free unlock, coin packs, and bundles are single purchases managed through your Google Play account. A Restore Purchases button in the Game re-applies past purchases to a new device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (which the ad services above may constitute). To exercise any right, contact us at support@voltfoxgames.com. We do not knowingly discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The Game is not part of Google Play's Families program. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & security
Analytics data is retained per the providers' standard retention periods (Firebase: up to 14 months for user-level data as configured). We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
